Waterfall at National Museum of Art in Washington DC

This waterfall surprises visitors as they pass underground between the main building and the annex at the National Museum of Art in Washington DC. The glass stops water outside as is quickly rushes down the rocks, making a neat optical illusion.

10 Epic Halloween Costumes

The use of the word “epic” in the title could mean any of its uses, possibly “awesome”, could be “larger than life”, or it could mean “it’s a long story” as it pertains to these Halloween costumes.

Cherry Blossom Festival - Washington DC

This is a view over the water from in front of the Jefferson Memorial in Washington DC. Notice the huge number of Cherry Blossom Trees in full bloom as this pans around the water and finishes looking at the Jefferson Memorial. What a beautiful picture of a beautiful place in our nation's captial!

US Naval / Submarine Memorial

Today we visited Washington DC and saw the US Naval Memorial. Near the memorial was this amazing stained glass memorial of those who served on submarines. Be sure to click on this picture and look at a large version. You will be able to see real depth in the leading on the center panel. This was unbelieveable and wanted to share with all!
